Résumé

The Virtual Institute set up by the NETMED Project aims at facilitating the applications of RTD results in the fields of micromechatronics (MM) in the biomedical industrial sector. It is organized as a one-stop shop providing a complete set of services. Examples of prototypes and proactive actions illustrate its capability. Its transition from a European project to a company is under way.
