of the IRMETIST laboratory – U1313
IRMETIST – Ischémie reperfusion, métabolisme et inflammation stérile en transplantation = Ischaemia Reperfusion, Metabolism and Sterile Inflammation in Transplantation – is a joint INSERM et University of Poitiers (U1313). It is located in Poitiers on the Poitiers University Hospital (CHU de Poitiers) site, close to the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy.
The unit's research themes focus on improving conditions for organ transplantation, mainly kidney and liver transplants, and the study of lesion phenomena related to ischaemia-reperfusion (IR).
The team is led by professor Luc Pellerin.
