Les mutations du livre et de la lecture à l'ère du numérique

Abstract : While world and daily life are more and more digitalized, we need to understand how new technologies have an impact on book universe and literary creation. In a first time, we will study the main characters of this evolution of books and the issues that are discussed in 2010 about new supports as e-book or computers. We need to compare the present fears and enthusiasm due to digital book to the former evolution of reading and books during the last centuries. Then we have to understand how reading and writing now, in a digital world, can reinvent old habits in communities of readers and writers. If talking about a revolution of book is current nowadays, we need to remember that a book as we know it today is just the result of former evolutions; digital is just another step in the history of writing.
