Déploiement du Flux Tiré sur une Ligne de Presse

Abstract : The efficiency of a production system depends largely on the implementation of management to trigger the various operations necessary to manufacture products. In the stamping plant of Renault Trucks, the report aims to explain the implementation of pull flow on a press line. We are firstly interested in analysing the flows (information and components) and problems that exist for managing the production in push flow with a computer-aided management and manufacturing based on forecasts. To be able to move from the push flow to pull flow, it is initially necessary to calculate the size of the loop to be put in place in relation to the number of labels (Kanban), quantity of parts in stock, capacity of the production line, manufacturing time and analyse the existing constraints to reach the best solution. In a press line like that of Renault Trucks, with a multitude of references with different consumption and several peculiarities, it requires a highly standardised and simplified pull system, for which production pulled by the consumption can walk alone as it should be. This project has revealed that a system based on the pull flow may simplify the production in a factory: it also shows a significant reduction in storage costs. Keywords: Pull flow;
