Mise en oeuvre de la SSI (Sécurité du Système d'information) de SUSS MicroOptics par l'approche processus ISO/CEI 27001

Abstract : This document is about the implementation of an ISMS (information security management system) within a SME, highly specialised in Micro-Optics. Following a state of the art on information security and the ISO/CEI 2700x standards -the new reference for ISMS- the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) approach is presented. Using this method, we will prepare a review of the information system using the SoM (Statement of Maturity); an evaluation of the assets' level of risk named: RATP (Risk Assessment Treatment Plan); a continuity plan to ensure a smooth resumption of IT activities with the DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan); and a summary of the ISMS needs using the SoA (Statement of Applicability). In order to illustrate the implementation of one of the security measure adopted in the SoA, we will implement a monitoring software platform that will enable to reduce risks by enhancing the quality of IT services. The monitoring software platform will give us an overview of the specified services and hosts on the LAN (Local Area Network) ; of a measurement of their performance and will notify us when an incident occurs.
