Système de conditionnement et de palettisation industriel d'un produit laitier à l'usine Nada-Jeddah (Arabie Saoudite)

Abstract : This project is an industrial system manufactured for milk bottles packing and stacking. As shown in the work process in TECHNICA, a definite step staining was used to achieve this goal. It starts with the phase of design studies, and technical development to the full realization of the system. The system is decomposed into two machines, one called Packer to fill bottles in plastic crates. The other is a stacker machine to stack crates already filled. A Master / Slave servo system was used to transport the bottles in the packaging machine in a way to get a high positioning accuracy at a high production-speed rate. One stacking machine was not enough to reach the demanded production speed. Therefore, a divider has been used to distribute the crates on two lines and two separates machines. The machine consists of a stacking system connecting to a rod crank making a clasping mechanism in the vertical plane. This mechanism has the role of catching boxes filled one after another and piles them in the vertical plane. At the end, a conveying system transfers each four stacks together to the discharging zone in order to facilitate their removal manually by the operator.
