Abstract : The precariousness of pregnant women affect maternal and neonatal health well known. It must be recognized as a medical risk of pregnancy by medical professionals who should be able to detect and take charge. The deregulation of medical and social sectors seems essential to this and encouraged by the work of perinatal networks. The study proposed in this paper has focused on a perinatal network of women in precarious situation on territory health Parisian : Solipam. It is therefore a retrospective descriptive study and the way of the women included in the network in 2006 in the first half of 2009 whose main objective is to assess the impact of inclusion in the network on the support of women. The results that we obtain show a better monitoring of pregnant women and the social care and greater awareness of the benefits of medical monitoring. A larger number of women could allow a better analysis of the impact of inclusion term and course accommodation on the support of women because it could not be demonstrated in our study. Solipam today seems to be an important resource in support of women in precarious situation on the territory health Parisian.
