L'incidence a été standardisée selon la population européenne et mondiale La survie relative a été calculée et standardisée selon l'âge. Résultats ? Des disparités géographiques ont été constatées à différentes échelles En comparant les taux d'incidence des cancers digestifs de notre étude à la région Bretagne et à la France, les incidences du cancer colorectal et du cancer du pancréas étaient plus faibles sur BMO tandis que les incidences du cancer de l'oesophage et du cancer du foie étaient plus élevées que sur le reste du territoire. Concernant la survie, les cancers du pancréas et du foie avaient un meilleur pronostic sur BMO, le cancer colorectal avait, comparativement, un pronostic moins favorable. Des inégalités géographiques ont également été constatées à l'échelle infra-communale dans l'incidence et la survie des cancers digestifs. Conclusion ? Cette étude nous permet donc de disposer d'indicateurs de santé à un échelon géographique plus fin, Méthodes ? Les données de 2208 patients atteints de cancers digestifs dans le but de mieux cibler les politiques de santé publique et de réduire in fine ces inégalités territoriales de santé.
