Abstract : Primary immunizations rhesus 1 during pregnancy: circumstances, evolution and neonatal consequences. Retrospective study on cases, led over two years in Ile-de-France from biological data on files cases listed by the Centre National de Référence en Hémobiologie Périnatale (CNRHP), in Paris. In 2006, recommendations for the clinical practice in prevention of fetomaternal incompatibilities were published by the CNGOF, the CNRHP and the HAS. Despite of these recommendations, we still observe some primary immunizations Rh1 during pregnancy every year in France, accompanied with severe fetal and neonatal consequences, going to the death. The midwife, due to her obstetrical and pediatric skills, has a major role in the prevention, the diagnosis and the care of mothers and children in situation of incompatibility, meadow and per-native. This retrospective study was led with the aim of analyzing the modalities of follow-up, circumstances and the neonatal consequences of a primary immunization Rh1, towards the recommendations of 2006.
