Apport du jeu MOV (Mémoire Orthographique Visuelle) sur l'orthographe lexicale d'un enfant dyslexique-dysorthographique

Abstract : The game M.O.V. is a tool for rehabilitation. It focuses on the constitution of the orthographic lexicon. This device offers a training of spell visual memory and working memory and relies on strengthening the visuo- spatial sketchpad. Working memory has a key role in writing especially at reading and spelling language. Spell visual memory plays a crucial role in the constitution of the orthographic lexicon. Based on these observations, this study hypothesizes that specific training of lexical spelling through the MOV game in subjects with impaired dyslexia - dysorthographia surface could have an impact on them. Our study is the case study of a college student who benefited from the training protocol with 10 sessions of 30 minutes, on 95 words. The results of the study show improved performance in working memory and a positive influence of this evolution on different areas of written language : spelling usage , spelling morphosyntactic and reading.
