Le travail quotidien entre cadres de santé : un lien de coopération et/ou de collaboration ?

Abstract : In a tough socio-economic situation in hospitals, means mutualization and efficient organization structure of care departments and units is clearly required to maintain a high standard in quality of care. However, collaborative work is not intuitive and many difficulties hamper transdiciplinarity. Consequently, we wondered why and how a collaborative work between health executives would allow to promote transdisciplinarity amongst caregivers. We have decided to address this question using an inductive approach consisting in interviews, readings and thoughts. These allowed us to highlight several factors involved in the team work environment such as communication, professional identity and knowledge, so that each individual in the working team becomes an healthcare team. Thanks to an educational training process, we have attempted to stress out this question that healthcare executives are facing on a daily basis.
