Optimisation de la gestion de l'adresse dans le référentiel géographique de l'agglomération angevine

Abstract : More and more administrations and local governments manage and manipulate localized databases by using various software applications to meet internal needs and those of their users. Data on roads from the city of Angers and its suburbs are "scattered" in various business applications that use it as a reference map background or aid in the location. Each of these applications have their own address database and it does live independently in the repository updated in the Geographic Information System (GIS). Two needs are then felt: the need to implement the interoperability of this repository with other applications of the information system and collaboration around these data. This brief raises the issue of data references and their interaction with other applications of the information system of Angers Loire Métropole. The study's objective is to propose a way to optimize management of localized data by validating an "ideal" model repository address for the collectivity, a solution of interoperability for this repository with departments' business applications and finally an exchange platform called "collaborative" to improve the update by the manager.
