Mise en place d'actions socio-linguistiques avec des parents migrants et leurs enfants

Abstract : Migration can deconstruct the family. Loss of frame (administrative, religious, culinary, educational, social, etc.), parentalisation of the child who quickly learns French, terrible choice of the child between betraying his culture of origin and rejecting the host culture, face-to-face with destabilizing self-image that returns to the host society, taking sometimes traumatic administrative burden: these are some situations in which many migrants find themselves. Since learning French is one of the bases for developing a social and professional life, we propose workshops that bring together migrant parents and their children to do activities (cooking, games, tours, stories, etc.). And through these activities, they are allowed to speak their native languages (to consider that the host language and their languages can communicate with each other), and regain their roles as guardianparent, and child.
