Les zones humides : ouvrir pour préserver ?

Abstract : Wetlands, neglected and mistreated in the past, have gained great importance in our society and nowadays they arouse a big enthusiasm. As complex and varied environments, but also fragile, they help out humanity in many ways and regulations progresses in favor of their preservation and their protection. But management only enables keeping them. On the contrary of setting them behind glass, making them accessible to the public goes to their preservation by prevent their closure but also by their promotion and the visitors awareness. However, construction of these areas in order to open them to the public asks for the respect of some rules to not disrupt the hydraulic and ecological functioning of these areas which makes their wealth. Worldwide a lot of old or contemporary projects include wetlands. Their level of construction and their use are various.
