Analyse comparative de la prosodie entre lecture et parole spontanée chez 28 patients dysarthriques

Abstract : Our aim was to study the reading and spontaneous oral production skills in 28 patients with dysarthria (8 with Cerebellar Syndrome, 8 with Parkinson's disease, 12 with ALS) through perceptive assessment by 11 experts and through acoustic analysis in order to evidence the prosodic differences between these two oral production tasks. Acoustic assessment appears to be more sensitive than perceptive assessment to highlight prosodic variation between these 2 oral production tasks. The effect of style differs from one subject to the other but varies with the groups tested for prosodic parameters "median f0" and "variability of f0". A clinical perspective may then be considered regarding the choice of oral production tasks to be proposed during the assessment of patients with dysarthria to establish or facilitate differential diagnosis.
