Rééducation expérimentale des fonctions exécutives axée sur la tâche nouvelle : héritage des modèles intégratifs

Abstract : Numerous models describe executive functions as being organized in a set of independent processes.Following this assumption, some rehabilitation programs have been developed and aim specific recovery of one of these processes (attention, flexibility…). However, other theories plead for more unity. In that perspective, two patients with Traumatic Brain Injury were proposed experimental rehabilitation based on task novelty. The purpose of our protocol is to lead patients to systematically develop action plans according to Grafman and Miller&Cohen’s models. These action plans may more easily become part of their daily life, compared to classic rehabilitation.
