Malgré le caractère rétrospectif de notre étude, des critères d'inclusion stricts ont permis de sélectionner une population homogène n'ayant reçu qu'une seule ligne de chimiothérapie. Nous pouvons conclure, en accord avec les résultats de Wolf et al. (104) , que chez les patients ayant reçu une chimiothérapie préopératoire pour des métastases synchrones ou métachrones, en l'absence de chimiothérapie adjuvante, une résection hépatique peut être réalisée sans majoration du risque de complications post-opératoires. L'efficacité de la chimiothérapie doit être évaluée tous les 4 à 6 cycles afin de réaliser la chirurgie hépatique dès que possible

Cependant-il-persiste-un-risque-d, altération des réserves fonctionnelles hépatiques après une chimiothérapie, particulièrement en cas de chimiothérapie longue et ayant nécessité plusieurs lignes de traitement. Les recommandations actuelles sont de préserver un FFR de 30 à 40% du volume hépatique (8) , en ayant recours aux techniques d'hypertrophie hépatique et de RF si besoin.
