Évaluation des pratiques professionnelles sur la tenue du partogramme au centre hospitalier d’Argenteuil

Abstract : Objective: To judge the conformity level of the National Authority for Health (HAS)’s recommendations, to identify strengths and weaknesses, to find causes, to reclaim these recommandations and to propose improvement actions. Methods: The retrospective targeted clinical audit on one hundred and nine partograms of the Argenteuil’s maternity (Val d’Oise) was executed during the first of september to thirty-one of october 2013. The targeted clinical audit’s results was compared to the third round on 2006. A survey study was associated to determine the impacting causes of the holding partogram. Results and conclusion: We noticed a reduction in the quality of holding partogram since the last review for seven years ago. It concerns particularly three parameters of the ACC n°2 "the cervix oversight", "the bag of the waters’characteristic", "the perineum characteristic" and the ACC n°3 on the labour events. This last gets the worst results. However, the survey answers show that the overload, the lack of knownledge and the bad practice occur in the wrong holding partogram. Holding the partograph is well overall but a rigor and an updating of knowledge must be sought to better stick to the recommendations. We note the enthusiasm and motivation of teams to enroll in a quality and safety of care.
