L'accompagnement scolaire dans les associations d'éducation populaire : rôle et impact dans la réduction des inégalités scolaires

Abstract : The survey PISA published in 2013, who value the level of students aged 15 years in countries of OECD, notes educational inequalities in France. Indeed, it’s the country where educational inequalities are highest among OECD countries. Given this situation, measures have been implemented since 1981 with the creation of priority areas by the minister the national education of the time, Alain Savary. Others actors, such as the popular education associations, may act to try to reduce educational inequalities. Using theoretical elements and a survey, we will try to see the role and impact of the school support applied by the popular education associations on the reduction of educational inequalities between children from popular classes and children from the middle and upper classes.
