Mise au point de 2 pathosystèmes pour l'évaluation de l'efficacité et de la compatibilité de substances actives sur le Botrytis et le Mildiou de la vigne

Abstract : Nowadays, biocontrol products represent an effective solution to reduce the use of chemicals, but some impediments still exist. The first part of this study dealt with an antagonist (AGX) of Botrytis cinerea and, as part of a development project, it tried to solve the efficiency problems that were previously encountered. A pathosystem had to be created to test several different ways to improve AGX efficiency, such as the addition of adjuvants, antagonist combinations, the addition of low toxicity active products and preventive actions. The results showed that the addition of potassium bicarbonate and preventive actions were very interesting solutions. The second part of this study was a preliminary work on Plasmopara viticola and its main goal was the construction of a pathosystem able to reproduce the typical symptoms of the infection. A protocol was established to enable the conservation of the pathogen and to produce an inoculum without introducing contaminants. Secondarily, the development of a pathosystem Plasmopara viticola / leaf disks allowed studying the impact of light quantity and of the addition of glucose in the agar media, on the pathogen development.
