Contribution de l'ethnopharmacie comportementale à la pratique officinale : illustration par la prise en charge du patient diabétique originaire du Maghreb et d'Afrique noire

Abstract : Patient therapeutic education is more and more important in the pharmacist’s work. We claim that ethnics and culturals factors of patient’s behavior and its recognitions in therapeutical optimization grow on. To prove this submssion, we consider as an intance, in France, the diabetics coming from Maghreb and Sub-Saharan Africa and their ethnics and culturals singuralities. Then, we suggest an approach of adaptation of pharmacist’s behaviour to improve his adherence to treatement, and his acceptance and his understanding of the illness. Finally, we have a reflexion about behavioral ethnopharmacy and pharmacist’s learning.
