Troubles anxieux et accompagnement à l’officine : intérêts de la phytothérapie et de la micronutrition

Abstract : Due to their prevalence and their varied clinical paintings, the pathologies raising anxious disorders are elements which the pharmacist owes master. The prescriptions always so numerous of anxiolytic and antidepressant bring him to propose and to dispense solutions of alternative medicines such as the herbal medicine or the micronutrition. Three anxious disorders (confusions) are described in this report: the Anxious Generalized Disorder, the State of Post-traumatic Stress and the Disorder of Panic because of their strong prevalence and of their pharmacological interest. The coverage and the accompaniment by the pharmacist constitutes a major stake to help and guide these patients towards a favorable outcome of their pathology. Plants such as the Valerian, the Hawthorn, the Passiflore, the Eschscholtzia and the Kava present a quite particular interest for their anxiolytic properties. A good nutritional balance of the patient also holds all its place in the advice to the pharmacy; the good mental health and the cerebral condition is depending. At the time when the profession participates in the implementation of the pharmaceutical conversations, the anxious disorders are a domain which it would be good to exploit in a near future. Notions every particular individual of approach of these patients will then be necessary: the active listening and the motivational interview will be then the floor of these conversations.
