Étude pour une meilleure gestion des nuisances sonores et vibratoires dues à l’activité de chantier de construction de bâtiments

Abstract : Construction sites are property causing noise and vibration on the environment. How best to manage this activity under the immediate vicinity may be affected, as is the issue of this paper. Knowing and recognizing the impact that the activity may have on the immediate neighborhood, are two sides of the same problem. The first is based on a study of acoustic and vibration impact statements. For this purpose, benchmarks on acoustical and vibratory levels of the site will be specified in terms of regulations and / or currently existing normative. Different stages of the project will then be described and methods of forecasting calculations are proposed. The second is communication. Standing closer to the neighborhood by offering to meet with an invitation to speak at the organization meeting bringing together the main stakeholders of the site is essential. Their feelings will be listened to, and, the course of construction will be explained together with the possible actions implemented to reduce the impact on their immediate environment.
