L’intégration du séquençage de nouvelle génération dans le diagnostic médical : application aux leucémies aiguës myéloïdes et syndromes myélodysplasiques

Abstract : New-generation sequencing (NGS) is a true technological leap forward. Although the first applications have mainly focused on whole-genome sequencing intended to identify new gene mutations, it is appearing today in hospital laboratories. Hospital applications in hematologic oncology would allow to highlight increasingly many mutations with an interest in the therapeutic assumption of the patient, and thus with numerous advantages but also some constraints. We will compare the techniques of PCR and classical HRM in partnership with the Sanger sequencing, with the results obtained with NGS in order to know if NGS could become a technique of routine.
