Ampliation ultrasonique en chirurgie endodontique : étude expérimentale de la séquence d'inserts 3-6-9 mm

Abstract : Current developments in endodontic surgical techniques offers minimally invasive protocols. Through the use of specific ultrasonic inserts, it becomes possible to treat the root canal by retrograde path to a length of 9 mm. These instruments are recent and bibliographic resources on this technique are not numerous. This in vitro study aim to observe the appearance of false routes and cracks during retrograde root preparations on the lengths of 3, 6 and 9 mm.
