A. Comparaison-des and A. L. , étude de la cohorte de 2012 a révélé l'utilisation des AOD chez 2 patients seulement, un nombre insuffisant pour comparer la population sous AOD et celle sous AVK. Ce sousgroupe ne prend donc en compte que les patients issus de la cohorte de 2013. Nous avions constaté que 136 patients étaient éligibles traités sur les 186 patients inclus, Parmi ces patients correctement traités, 31 d'entre eux étaient sous AOD (22.8%), et 105 patients étaient sous AVK (77.2%)

A. Les, nouvellement prescrits en proportion équivalentes chez les patients en FA inaugurale puisque 34.4% d'entre eux sont traités par AOD et exactement autant le sont par AVK. Les patients traités par AOD sont clairement moins âgés (p<0.001), ils présentent un risque thromboembolique (p<0.001) et hémorragique
