Émission acoustique et analyse vibratoire pour l’étude des défauts de roulements pour différents régimes moteurs

Abstract : The acoustic emission and vibration analysis are two techniques for non-destructive testing. Vibration analysis is a technique which made the evidence in the diagnosis of bearing defects. This work allowed to bring to light the advantage of the acoustic emission in the case of detection at low speed (3rpm). At medium speed, this technique can detect and diagnose the defect on a bearing. However, his theory does not allow him to perform this type of diagnosis because the defect is located on the inner ring. This work has allowed a classification on the resignation acoustic factors (RMS, ABS ENERGY, ASL, AMP and COUNTS) under the conditions : load, speed and type of defect.
