Élaboration d'une méthode de mise en évidence de l'érosion : dépôt sur des rivières à faible énergie par bathymétrie multifaisceaux et scan laser 3D

Abstract : Low gradient rivers (low flow and/or slope) are not well studied. This report aims to develop methods for auscultation of riverbank and riverbed using high-precision instruments like 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanner and multi-beam echo sounder. These devices are able to acquire field data with high density, necessitating therefore a post-processing in order to remove noise and keep the useful informations for the study. Thanks to georeferencing , the morphologic evolution of the riverbank and riverbank can be compared over time periods. The main objective of the current study can be divided into two parts : determine the net volume of sediments eroded from banks and estimates their retreat rate ; but also analyze the evolution of the riverbed over time (accretion process).
