Projet de géoréférencement des ouvrages de réseau électrique

Abstract : Over 100,000 damage per year are recorded during the works completed in the vicinity of the four million kilometers of networks established in France. Some are followed by very serious consequences. A recasting of the regulatory framework has been decided to reduce the number of the damages and the severity of accidents especially: anti-damage reform. Decree DT/DICT profoundly impacted expected in terms of setting mapping works. Since 1st July 2012, for works concerning the construction, the extension or the modification of underground electrical system, there is now a requirement class A georeferenced mapping. This thesis defines the technical specification of georeferencing underground electrical works as well as awaited ERDF as regards proofing. This thesis proposes different methods of georeferencing to overcome the constraints of ties to geodetic reference system and constraints involved in the works installation by mechanized work technique.
