La scission en volumes, une solution pour les copropriétés dégradées ?

Abstract : A "complex building", is a work with part of building interlock into each other, and affect to different activity. Many "complex building" are degraded, because of a bad initial management choices. To make easier the management of big condominiums we used the division of the condominium. The division enable to free itself from the condominium management. However, the division require the ground divisibility, and it is not possible in "complex building". But a legal division depending on a division by volumes was made in a "complex building". To plug a legal loophole, a French law : "loi ALUR", authorize the division of the condominium depending a division by volumes instead of ground division. This memory study the solutions before the "loi ALUR" to allow the improvement of a condominium. The second part interpret the new solution of the "loi ALUR": the scission depending a division by volumes. Finally, we describe the methodology use by the surveyor, to undertake the division of the condominium depending on a division by volumes.
