Le bilan de compétences : un dispositif qui contribue au développement professionnel ?

Abstract : For this research, we were concerned about assessing the effects of the report of skills at the individual level. More specifically, we wanted to know whether it enabled the construction of a professional project and whether it contributed to the profesional development of the individual. Professional development is a key element to profesionalisation. In order to carry this research, we passed an evaluation form to a number of people who experienced a report of skills in De Angelis Conseil cabinet during these past five years. Results show that this system of assessement enables people to build their professional projects and it also contribute to the professional development of the beneficiaries. In a wider scale, the study demonstrate that the report of skills has positive effects on the personal and professional life of people who benefited from it.
