L’engagement comme levier de l’implication professionnelle chez les animateurs en séjours adaptés : le cas des animateurs des séjours adaptés à l’UFCV Midi-Pyrénées

Abstract : At a time when the socio-cultural animator is in need of financial, institutional and professional recognition, the commitment of these, and their professional involvement remain major challenges for popular education associations. The characteristic of this research is that the object of research focuses on the facilitators stay fit, so alongside an audience of people with disabilities. Is the commitment different depending on the audience? A facilitator staying fit is it necessarily militant? Is it a regular or a specialized audience? Building on scientific research on behavioral commitment of social psychology, the professional involvement, as well as empirical data, this research paper proposes a reflection on the paradigm of engaging communication, technique used to change some behavior for honest people.
