La place du pharmacien d'officine dans l'accompagnement des couples vers la procréation

Abstract : At the dispensary, prescription delivery for assisted reproductive technic is growing up. For the infertile woman, ovarian stimulation treatments are essential to lead correctly each protocol, like scheduled report, artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization or embryo transfers. Frequently, they are felt by the patients as a stressing element due to their complexity, their requirements, their preservation and administration characteristics. Assisted reproductive technic is one of the main health field where pharmacist’s missions are the most important. This thesis exposes how these missions, described by the public health code, are applied daily by pharmacists for the infertile couples. Moreover, it explains assisted reproductive technic practices to clarify them near the pharmacists. Finally, it makes an assessment of existing communication method to be implemented in order to strengthen the links between of ART's practitioners, patients and pharmacists.
