Évaluation des pratiques professionnelles concernant la tenue du partogramme de la maternité d’Albertville sur la période du mois d’août 2014

Abstract : Objectives: This study evaluated the compliance of the partograph completion within the maternity ward of Albertville. Materials and methods: It is a mono-centric, descriptive, retrospective study (August 2014). This study is about 63 files, whose each partograph has been the target of a compliance analysis for each partograph item according to ”Haute Autorité de Santé” standards. Results: Results have been miscellaneous but the “HAS” marks were rarely archieved. Non-compliances mostly go along with an item scoring in the file but not on the partograph. The main reason seemed to be a lack of space on the partograph. Much non-compliances were linked with a normality of the non-written information. Conclusion: Awareness team meetings, enhancements of the partograph presentation (larger space, more accurate boxes) are essential to achieve the “HAS” goals, before a likely partograph computerization.
