L'intégration du scanner 3D dans le processus BIM (Réhabilitation)

Abstract : The BIM technology is a collaborative working method to modal buildings and to organize all their data. The practice of this technology is growing worldwide and France is now interested. Especially for building renovation projects the use of 3D scanner can be very valuable. It adds a cloud of topographical points into the BIM model. The surveyor interferes in the BIM process in collaboration with the architects, structure engineers, heating engineers… The process must be coordinated by a BIM Manager, to survey the quality of the final product. To assure the integration off the 3D model, produced by the surveyor, into the BIM process, it needs to respect common standards so that all users can add their information. All participants of building environment, including the surveyors, must be trained to respond to BIM present and future client expectations, public and private.
