Idéologies sociales et culturelles d’Internet : la démocratisation culturelle par les communautés virtuelles. Le cas des communautés de croquis en ligne

Abstract : Current uses of the Internet are influenced by the utopian dreams of its designers and users. Virtual communities are the heirs of those dreamed values. They are a place where the individual is automatically seen as socially integrated, where geographical borders are no longer barriers and where there is flexibility, diversity, cooperation, fun, and above all sharing. What about art online communities, do they participate in the democratization of knowledge? Are they universal? We are interested in a particular form of mediation that is the pedagogical mediation that, thanks to exchanges and relationships, would immerse the individual in the art world, a kind of "artistic shock" by developing a group link. We tried to answer these questions by observing and interviewing members of sketches virtual communities.
