Une approche paysagère multi-échelle peut-elle permettre de lutter contre le mitage des paysages par le grand éolien ? Exemple d'un outil d'aide à la cohérence patrimoniale et paysagère de l'éolien dans la Nièvre et d'une étude d'impact en Picardie

Abstract : Wind turbines sprawl in the landscape is one of the main issues in a time of huge development for renewable energy. While "sprawl" is a term which is used frequently it's rarely defined. This report presents, thanks to different scales (regional, local, fine..) how to challenge those phenomenon. Concerning the wide scale, this essay is based on a tool for wind turbines coherence in the landscape which is based on compatibility criteria. Concerning the thin scale,an impact assessment is used to show how thinner elements can be used as implantation patterns or the drawing of current wind farms in the area. Thus, this essay triesto demonstrate how a multi-scale iterative approach in the landscape can restrict a disorganized sprawl of wind turbines in the landscape.
