L'agriculture urbaine : de l'échelle territoriale à l'insertion architecturale

Abstract : Urban agriculture is a growing activity in Ile-de-France, Both on the fringes of the urban area and in its heart. The engineering consulting firm in landscape and environment IETI sees in urban agriculture a new potential axis of activity, on which he would like to position. For that purpose, IETI wishes arrest all the characteristics of the urban agriculture (stakes, stakeholders, roles, kind of productions, locations…) and at the end of the project, set up strategic actions to position commercially in this activity sector. This essay aim at proposing a characterization and a strategic analysis of urban agriculture aimed at the company, for establishing strategic positioning actions. This study highlights the interests of this positioning in urban agriculture for the engineering consulting firm but also the limits which it can meet. To a lesser extent, the different scales of inscription of urban agriculture in the territory and the advantages brings to the firm are evoked.
