Rééducation attentionnelle chez sept patients cérébrolésés adultes : intérêt du logiciel Cogniplus

Abstract : After a stroke or head injury, most brain-damaged patients suffer from attention disorders. This study intends to demonstrate the effectiveness of attention rehabiliatation by “Cogniplus”, a computerized training program, created by Schuhfried in 2007. To achieve this, seven patients with attention disorders first received intensive rehabilitation for alertness and then a complementary treatment focused on the attention process, which is the most affected (selective or divided). For all participants, intervention led to improved performances on the training task and they partially generalized their results.
