EPS : une pratique professionnelle engageante pour tous

Abstract : Motivation is the theoretical background of this professional memory. The challenge is to achieve concrete tracks made by the science in the perspective of apply them in physical education. The methodology begins to define the class studied and extracts clues on each lesson to regulate his intervention. Selected levers are in agreements with contemporary theories of motivation. The results suggest that several internal and external variables affect student engagement, but the teacher seems to have an important role in this outcome. To assume this responsibility effectively, the approach of the "reflective practitioner" is developed.
