Flore du Haut-Champsaur : richesses et potentialités thérapeutiques

Abstract : The Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes), thanks to its geographical situation, benefits from an exceptional climate (Mediterranean and mountainous), favourable to numerous vegetables species' development. In a way to help you in the discovering of this flora, I have listed ten walks within Haut-Champsaur for witch main plants, being medicinal or not, are pointed out: four in the Drac valley, three in the Champoléon Valley, three in the Orcières Valley. Haut-Champsaur's most frequent medicinal plants are exposed by monography: description, habitat, flourishing state, drug, constitutive items, instructions, posology and method of administration, side-effects, contra-indications, medicines' interactions. For each plant, specialities that are available at chemist's are mentioned.
