Élèves en difficulté : comment les remotiver afin de les inclure ?

Abstract : It is not easy to teach a class in which not all of the students are willing to learn and not all of them have the same capacities. This dissertation intends to analyse how we can include and stimulate the students who already believe they can’t succeed. This paper begins by presenting the context of my analysis and in particular the class I focused on. It exposes the different theories that can be found around the terms of motivation at school and succeeding. Finally it presents the strategies I used and what I attempted to do in order to help these students gain self-confidence in the context of the class in order to change their attitude towards school, learning and to remotivate them. It also gives the conclusion I made following the experimentation and thoughts about better solutions.
