Démarches de concertation et Plan Local d’Urbanisme : quelles méthodologies pour quels résultats ?

Abstract : Nowadays, the "Plan Local d’Urbanisme" is considered by the general public as a complex document and a constraint for the residents. Therefore, the development of a "PLU" is often long and difficult for the elected officials. Consultation processes, which involve the participation of inhabitants and elected officials, are then used as a way to facilitate the elaboration of a "PLU". However, chosen methods and the consequences of this type of process have to be analyzed carefully. Therefore, this master thesis analyzes and questions several methodological consultation approaches as a part of a "PLU" elaboration, and aims to underline the visible and concrete consequences that may appears from these processes.
