La démarche compétences, outil stratégique de la transformation d'Hardis Group

Abstract : Digital services companies exercise their activity in a world in perpetual technological evolution, which leads them to adapt themselves and to be transformed both at the strategic and organizational level to remain competitive. Created in 1984 and implanted today in five French cities, Hardis Group exercises the double job of digital services company and software publisher. Strong of its thirty years of expertise, the company knew how to develop its strategy to answer the new requirements of its customers, while preserving strong values. Hardis Group places the collaborators at the core of its strategy and considers that their skills are its first source of competitive advantage. Through its Human Ressources policy, Hardis Group offers its collaborators the possibility of being the drivers of their own professional evolution and of developing their skills. Introduced in January, 2014 by the Human Resources department, the skills management program is an essential lever for the successful transformation of Hardis Group.
