Mémoires sémantique et épisodique et apprentissage en classe d’anglais

Abstract : Learning… when can we consider that the English lesson has been memorized by the pupil? This question rises interrogations and leads us to wonder how memorizing English for a year 7 child. Everybody knows that the training of our memory is necessary at school. A child will only progress if he is able to learn new knowledge and as a consequence new skills. But as a teacher, how to be sure of a child’s long-term memorization? Semantic and episodic memories will be a cornerstone to the memorization process of English and we will see how all along our work of research. How can a child, thanks the numerous experiences he will go through in class, build new “concepts of action” so as to become a skilled social actor?
