Étude de la fréquence des éboulements dans une falaise rocheuse par photogrammétrie

Abstract : Study of rack fall frequency in the Saint-Eynard limestone cliff allowes to improve the rockfall hazards. Rockfall detection and volume assessment are obtained by comparison of points clouds acquired at different dates. Photogrammetric points cloud obtained from old argentic photography (2000) has been compared to a terrestrial laser scanning (2011). Approximately two thousands rockfalls have been detected in this limestone cliff. The photogrammetric method has shown its efficiency on Saint-Eynard cliff for evaluate the rockfall frequency. In this way it would be possible to export the method of other cliff with old photography available.
