Abstract : Aims: The male cancer’s incidence increases in France. Before any chemo or radiotherapy, a fertility preservation is necessary. This spermatic self-preservation could be used in reproductive technologies and could give place to a pregnancy. The aim of this study was to identify the prospective disease of those pregnancies. Material and method: This study was a retrospective and case-control study. Women which had a pregnancy after a fertility preservation and women with a spontaneous pregnancy were compared. We compared the maternal diseases during pregnancy, the entry in labour, the delivery, the term and the neonatal future between the two groups. Results: Proportion’s repartition of diseases during pregnancy were not statistically different between the two groups. Other characteristic such as maternal age, the delivery and the baby’s weight were statistically associated. On the other hand, the entry in labour, the term and neonatal adaptation wasn’t different between the two groups. Conclusion: This study didn’t find evidence for a significative association between pregnancy after fertility preservation and the occurrence of a pregnancy disease.
