Détermination du/des mode(s) d'action et de l'origine de deux composés organiques volatils émis lors de l'intéraction entre l'orge et deux champignons pathogènes

Abstract : Methyl Acrylate and Methyl Propionate are two volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted during the interaction between barley and the pathogenic fungus Cochliobolus sativus. These two esters inhibit growth and spore germination of the causal agents of common root rot: Fusarium culmorum and Cochliobolus sativus. The modes of action of these two molecules have been studied. To this end, different methods have been used.
