Méthodes, Nous avons inclus tous les patients ayant bénéficié de la mise en place d'un implant APSI® entre octobre 2002 et octobre 2010 Une étude clinique (subjective et objective) et radiographique (statique et dynamique) ont été réalisées. Nous avons ainsi étudié la position et la mobilité de l'implant

. Résultats, Notre série comportait 41 patients dont 35 ont été recontactés avec un recul moyen de 10 ans [5,8 - 13,4]. Il s'agissait majoritairement de patients atteints de SNAC wrist (95 %) Nous avons eu 10 complications (28%) dont 8 ont nécessité une reprise chirurgicale. Il s'agissait principalement d'une luxation de l'implant
