Ils se situent principalement sur les hampes florales. En effet, 70% de celles-ci sont infestées et présentent une moyenne de 8,9 pucerons. 25% des coeurs sont touchés avec une moyenne de 1,15 pucerons, On compte également quelques individus sur 12% des feuilles observées. La population peut être considérée homogène entre les 2 modalités avant traitement car les différences ne sont pas significatives ,
Les modèles le confirment avec un effet du facteur bloc significatif sur le nombre de pucerons dans les coeurs (GLIM p-value <2,2*10 -16 ) Les valeurs du bloc 4 étant plus faibles, elles sont donc retirées de l'analyse pour les coeurs. La diminution du nombre de pucerons observée 3 jours après traitement est significative dans la modalité DEV1502, mais 8 jours après, elle est aussi significative dans la modalité témoin ,
infestation est différente selon l'âge d'après le modèle (GLIM p-value = 3,485*10 -9 ) Le nombre de pucerons diminue significativement dans la modalité témoin sur les feuilles âgées une semaine après le début de l'essai (WMW p-value = 0,04381) ,
eau pourrait venir d'un effet mécanique de la pulvérisation, qui aurait perturbé le développement des pucerons. Les auxiliaires ont également pu intervenir dans le contrôle des populations car 1 mois avant l'essai, des lâchers d'Aphidoletes aphidimyza et des parasitoïdes Aphidius matricariae et Aphelinus abdominalis ont eu lieu sur la culture Juste après le traitement, A. abdominalis a été lâché de nouveau.
